Jessica Wockenfuss is an actor, director, choreographer, and dance educator based in New York City. Local productions include Hey, Look Me Over and Me and My Girl, both with Encores! at New York City Center. She has toured nationally with Jersey Boys, White Christmas, and Spamalot. Additionally, Jessica has worked at prestigious theaters across the country including Paper Mill Playhouse, Sacramento Music Circus, Ogunquit Playhouse, Tuacahn, TUTS, Arrow Rock Lyceum Theatre, Theatre By the Sea, PCLO, Riverside Theatre, North Shore Music Theatre, KC Starlight, Pioneer Theatre Company, Gateway Playhouse, and Asolo Rep. Favorite roles include Peggy Sawyer in 42nd Street (with Randy Skinner), Roxie Hart in Chicago, and Judy Haynes in White Christmas. 

 

Jessica teaches tap at Steps On Broadway in NYC and has recently begun directing/choreographing around the country. She is a dance coach for MTCA, helping high schools students hone their musical theatre skills and prepare for college auditions. She holds a BFA in Music Theatre and BA in Dance from Elon University and is a member of Actors’ Equity Association.
