Yorelis Apolinario

Yorelis is a Tampa-based dancer who began taking hip hop at 8 years old under the instruction of Elsa Pardo Dance Center.  At the age of 12, she began to explore other styles such as ballet, jazz and contemporary. She attended the Orange Grove Middle School of the Arts and Blake High School of the Performing Arts, where she furthered her training in dance. From 2012 to 2014, she was able to tour with The Pulse On Tour convention under the instruction of the industry's most sought after choreographers such as Dave Scott, Gil Duldulao, and Brian Friedman. In 2014, Yorelis was initiated into the all-style crew "The Flooridians" where she received training in foundational hip hop such as popping, locking, breaking, house, etc.  Yorelis, also, competed on the television show "So You Think You Can Dance” Season 12 where she made it to the Top 14 dancers. Following the show, Yorelis joined the "So You Think You Can Dance Tour” traveling the United States and Canada and booked the residency tour with the backstreet boys in las vegas. In 2014, Yorelis co-founded an all-style girl company named "Female Energy."  This company stresses training in all styles and female empowerment in the dance community.  Nowadays, Yorelis is traveling the world with taylor swift on her "reputation stadium tour."
