KIAHNA SANESHIGE

Kiahna Saneshige received her first dance training in her hometown of Canton, Ohio at the Canton Ballet in 1999. She represented Canton Ballet at Regional Dance America for several years performing in it's highest gala performances and received the Joshua Carlino Scholarship Award for Outstanding Female Performer in 2010. After graduating in 2013, she furthered her training on a collegiate level at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music where she received her Bachelor of Fine Art majoring in dance. Upon graduation from CCM, Kiahna was awarded the Suzanne Ferrell Scholarship for Excellence and also was highlighted with an article in Pointe Magazine. Kiahna then danced and choreographed professionally with contemporary company, Columbus Dance Theatre and began teaching at Generations Performing Arts Center in 2017. This will also be her third season teaching and adjudicating for Headliners.
